What can my Health Coach help with?
All Total Wellbeing Health Coaches are university-trained Accredited Practising Dietitians and trusted members of Dietitians Australia (DA). They also know the CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet inside out, and can answer all your program, nutrition and weight loss questions.
Total Wellbeing Health Coaches will help you identify your goals and ensure they’re aligned with your lifestyle, and they’ll help you stay motivated and on-track during your weight loss journey.
Is Fast Start included?
Fast Start is accessible through all HCF offers, however, Fast Start Starter Packs are not included. If a member wishes to incorporate Fast Start into their program, they must add a Fast Start Starter Pack to their subscription on sign up.
Please note: Optional extras, such as the Fast Start Starter Pack, are not included in your HCF cover.
How do I claim back the costs for the CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet 12 Week Program?
Once you register for the Total Wellbeing Diet 12 Week Program and submit payment through the extras offer portal, you’ll be issued a receipt. If you're covered for Health Management Programs under your extras cover, you can make a claim by submitting this receipt in online member services, through the My Membership app or via a claim form. Learn more about how to claim. Some out-of-pocket costs may occur depending on your available Health Management Program benefits.
About the CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet auto renewal monthly subscription fee
To make sure you don't lose access to the CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet when your program ends (including all meal plans and digital tools), memberships will automatically rollover to our Loyalty Plan for a monthly recurring fee of $19.95 at the end of the 12 Week Program. The 20% discount for eligible HCF extras members will no longer apply.

How do I cancel once my 12 weeks are complete?
You can cancel the Loyalty Plan at any time during your membership in the My Account section of the website or by contacting customer service.
