A 24-week lifestyle program that provides you access to the CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet and 15 Total Wellbeing Health Coaching Sessions with an Accredited Practising Dietitian.
And the best part? It’s available to eligible Teachers Health members at no additional cost.*

As part of Teachers Health, the Teachers Healthcare Services team is dedicated to helping eligible members access a range of services to support their health and wellbeing.* We’re here to get you the help you need, when and where you need it, and in a form that’s right for you.
*To be eligible for the program you must be a member of Teachers Health and have Hospital cover with all relevant waiting periods served. You must also have a BMI of 28+. Additional eligibility may apply.

Health fund rebates terms and conditions
Please note that Teachers Health require the appropriate recommendation and necessary forms to be filled out prior to purchasing the program.
CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet refund offer & rebates
CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet members who are eligible for a rebate from their health insurer are not eligible for the program refund offer which refunds membership fees at the end of the 12 Week Program.
If you are eligible for a rebate through your health insurer, you will receive an invoice from us at the end of your program that you can pass on to your insurer. If you are claiming through a health fund, you do not need to meet the regular refund criteria that apply to other members. Conditions vary between health insurers, so please check with your fund for details.

An Accredited Management System
Digital Wellness's Management Systems are accredited by ACHS.
They comply with all the requirements of National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards (Second Edition) for the following scope of the provision of health services, through the online platform, including nutritional and exercise coaching and initial health assessments by a registered nurse. What is an NSQHS certificate? An NSQHS certificate is issued via an independent assessor once they have accredited a health organisation. To become accredited, health service organisations must pass an assessment to show they have met the NSQHS Standards. The Australian Commission is responsible for the AHSSQA Scheme and its establishes guidelines.
