The HCF CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet hospital cover offer is only available to HCF members with hospital cover who are aged 18 or over, have a Body Mass Index of 28 or above, and have multiple lifestyle risk factors like smoking, physical inactivity and poor nutrition.
