  • Frozen mixed berries, 3 cup(s)
  • Rolled oats, raw, 80 g, (heaped 3/4 cup)
  • Flaked almonds, 1 tablespoon(s)
  • Self-raising flour, wholemeal, 2 tablespoon(s)
  • Honey, 3 tablespoon(s)
  • Olive oil, extra virgin, 3 teaspoon(s)
  • Vanilla bean extract, 2 teaspoon(s)

Method

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

In a medium bowl, add oats, flour and almonds. In a separate small bowl or cup, add olive oil, vanilla extract and honey. Whisk together to combine.

Pour oil mixture into oat mixture and stir to combine, using the spoon to push the mixture together as you stir.

In a small baking dish, add berries and sprinkle crumble mixture evenly over the top. Place in oven and bake for 50 minutes or until top is golden brown.

Divide crumble between four bowls and serve.
